  • Don’t follow the suggested moves..

The art of this game is fun. The action is fun. The boosters are fun. But EVERY single move the game is suggesting a rapidly blinking move that it reeeeally thinks you should use. It kind of takes the game out of it. If you follow the moves you inevitably lose, so they’re not actually functional for the player. And, I gotta say I enjoy the act of choosing my moves, it’s why I play games like this. Having it done for you makes it boring.

    Love the game
  • No landscape mode?!

So, no more Candy Crush for me. I gradually adjusted after you shrank the game board. But now suddenly you remove landscape mode and expect me to sit here holding my heavy iPad on my lap, teetering it in portrait mode to play your game? iPad-case stands work in LANDSCAPE mode. This is the most pointlessly stupid change I can imagine. You clearly don’t want iPad players. This isn’t something that’s possible to get used to. The app is now unusable. There are lots of other games, and they don’t show such disregard and disrespect for their loyal players. Bye.

Avoid 1.248.0.1 *Very* buggy, looks like it was written by beginners. I’ve seen all kinds of silly rookie, mistakes and bugs. Apparently their QA department took the month off. :-(
  • Not worth the time

It’s actually a fun game but some things about it are so seriously aggravating that I finally had to say something. A, as another reviewer commented, the make the levels harder and harder so that you can spend days on one level unless you break down and buy the boosters just to get past it. and the constant screens selling boosters or telling you what rank you are or different challenges are ridiculously annoying. Why can’t we just go from one level to the next? Finally the stupid all star add has me deleting this app. It comes up, with sound mind you and the themes no way to get away from it without shutting it down and opening it back up. It is not an enjoyable experience.

You can get caught up and start spending money. They have level were it’s impossible to win without buying more moves. 100 blocks have to be removed and you have 15 or 20 moves and it starts off with only six balls open
  • Money hungry

They have made the game where some levels are impossible unless u pay. Just another money hungry mobile game company.
  • Irritating 😠

It’s kind of annoying that after my first purchase of boosters I no longer get the in-game ads. It’s been over one week and I haven’t gotten the rewards that helps one pass a stage. If you’re waiting for me to spend more on the game, you will have to wait till eternity. The game should be enjoyed and not coerce people into spending. You can keep your game. Don’t ever buy any boosters if you don’t have plan to keep on spending
  • Buy your way to win

This game used to be cool and could play for hours. Now they limit your moves on purpose so you have to spend real money to get more lives or boosters to get pass levels. Horrible concept and will die out soon.
  • Pay to Play or Stay Away!!

The game engineers of CCS have gotten greedy with many levels labeled as “Hard,” “Super Hard,” and “Nightmarishly Hard.” Unless you want to pay for boosters or coins, you might play these levels 50-60 times before you are magically allowed to progress. Even if you play with skilled anticipation of what next opportunity might result from a move, the game will rearrange itself so you are deprived of the expected combo. The game is, for now, ad-free, though at each level you will have to endure at least 3-4 pop up’s trying to get your money. If your kids download this game, you’d better make sure they can’t get to your card, PayPal or ApplePay information.
