    Since the most recent update I’ve noticed that when I attempt to open the Builder (can’t remember her name) in the collection book, it shuts the game down! Every. Single. Time. Help!! Please fix this issue.

    app instantly closes on my phone after an update but works fine on my ipad. I changed nothing on my phone and it’s a nice one that can run a simple farming game.

    The Hay Day game is always my favorite game for our family. But after the recent update, it started to kick me out of the game while I was buying some of the hot items from the neighborhood roadside shop. I hope there will be a pop-up screen to confirm using diamonds to speed up the process in the valley. It's too similar to the regular complete task and collect reward after the truck is delivered. I accidentally clicked and spent diamonds in the valley so many times.

    I used to play FarmVille on Facebook, which was the best farming game in my opinion. But since that has been gone I've been playing Hay Day and it's the closest game you'll get to playing FarmVille. It's amazing, addicting, the best part is that there's no ads and the monthly pass is cheap for what you get. There's many super cool things to unlock at each level and there's adorable pets. The only thing I'd say is wrong with this game is the expansion items are hard to get and it's pretty difficult to get any coins or diamonds unless you buy them when they're discounted or you sell a lot of valuable things. Also some crops and foods take way too long to grow especially if you need them for your boat, there's no time at all. Sometimes it seems impossible do it by yourself so you need to rely on other players.

    Update: still hanging in… cuz I do like the game…. 😃. Still takes forever to get item to upgrade…. Love the formate of the Oktoberfest game. Liked it better in past versions when you could keep going. Now that you’re limiting daily tasks…. I’m just hoping to get to the second Oktoberfest pig. I enjoy the game except for how expensive it is to get diamonds and lack of storage for farm items.... The materials needed to upgrade storage are way to difficult to get without spending money... And once you do upgrade storage you don't get very much extra storage.... I realize you're in this to make money.... But the game becomes no fun when you can't get what you need! I would like an option to slow down the pace at which the visitors visit. I get rid of one And straight away another one comes - can we make then stop or slow them down?

    I always love this game but didn’t care for the ways to contact you. On your app you have a place to ask a question but you pick what to ask about, when none of those are what we want to ask. That could use improvement. The way it was before when we could ask for help in our own words and your chat help is for the birds. Sorry but true. I still love the game and played it for years and would love to continue to but, I did the latest update two days ago and for the first part it played great now I can’t get in my game it clicks up where it loads and clicks off and one time it came up to the game but clicked off. I’ve tried everything and I’m running out of patience cause I play this everyday and now I can’t and can’t get on to ask for help because the game want open and this all started after I did this last update. I would give you a five start if it wasn’t for this please help me. I’m excited about new Fall products and want to play. Help

    I love this game it brings back memories. I used to play this all the time growing up and I loved it and I still do. If you always wanted to grow a farm this game is perfect for you. It’s a very relaxing game. You can go on it every once and a while to check on everything. Personally I check my farm everyday but you do you.
