  • Awful app. Overheating, battery draining, crashing.

Holy mother of pearl is this app bad. It's hard to know exactly where to start. For reference: I am attempting to use this app on an iPhone 13 Pro, an M2 iPad Pro, and an Apple TV 4k. On all three devices, it crashes, and frequently; I can't get through a quarter of football without it crashing. It goes down at least 6 or 7 times a game, and I know this because my young children have made it a game of their own to count how many times I have to launch the app. Maybe reclassify this as an "educational" app? You're teaching my kids math, at least. We’re also getting lessons in thermodynamics, because holy cow does this thing heat devices up. Both the iPhone and iPad get physically uncomfortable to hold due to the heat they put out while running this. And I know this isn't an issue with my devices, because I can watch Thursday Night Football for hours with no heat issues (in a shopping app, no less!). All that heat, I presume, is coming from processor usage, because the battery drain is incredible. My iPhone goes from fully charged to Low Power Mode in just 4 hours running this app. Battery health is currently 87%, so I'm reasonably certain it's not a device issue. iPad drain is slower, but still significant. What's astounding is how *well* this app runs on the "robot-themed" competitor OS, on a Korean-made S9 from 2018. I watched all of Monday Night Football without a single crash on that device, and battery went from full down to just 60%. The team that built this should be embarrassed. There's no excuse for this, especially given how much they're charging for a sub.

    Constantly crashes on Apple Tv
  • Glitches constantly.

It’s not uncommon for the video player to start completely glitching sometimes blanking out half of the screen. Also the app closes completely almost on cue when a big play is about to happen. Plus there’s no playback option so. To be honest I’m probably better off illegally streaming it. I mean surely a billion dollar organization such as the nfl can do better 😐 fire the dumpster fire that runs this app and hire someone who can get this software to run correctly.

Third week that I watched football on this app and constantly freezes up and knocks me out. I feel that when you pay for an app it should work correctly.

This app crashes all the time on my phone. For $15 a month it should be doing that. Also, it ridiculous you pay to watch games on your phone and half of them are blacked out… what’s the point???
  • Crashing

This app is awful! Won’t ever open. Moment it does I have no choice but to stay on it. If I switch to a call or a text it’s over. App will just say tap to retry and I have to delete it and reinstall for another 10 mins of watching before it boots me off.
