My school uses this. Not only is it updating all the time it logs me out and doesn’t save my password. I have changed it dozens of times because it doesn’t allow my phone to save it. Very basic functions which are actually fine.

They put no development into this app, it's not maintained it looks horrible. I can't even check my homework right now because their servers are SOOO slow.

Crashes constantly. Think updates make it worse. Log out constantly. Tell me log in is incorrect, when it’s not. A paid for app should not have this many functionality problems especially when it hold’s crucial information such as homework, lesson plans, grades, and billing. Works properly MAYBE 4 days out of the week. As I am typing this, I am currently getting error codes trying to view lesson plans for the week as end of quarter and trying to get study schedule set for the week.

This app errors out 90% of the time or just spins and never pulls the information up. On the rare occasion that it does “work” it will show me one child’s picture but have another’s grades or behavior under them. It was bad enough that it was free and did it and it’s the only way out school communicates but to add a $5 surcharge per family per year and still have it not work is even worse - especially considering the school pays to use the software. Get your act together and fix this stuff. In todays day and age tech not working like this is unacceptable.

This app has continuous and incessantly decreased in quality with almost every update. With every update something is broken trying to fix the previous buggy update. At least 2x a month I won’t be able to log in to check anything for days. This wouldn’t be as big of an issue if I wasn’t being logged out every time the app shuts. This app has seen a huge downgrade each update for the pass two years. All this wouldn’t be as big of an issue if it weren’t for the app being needed for school. I need the app to work as my homework is assigned through there.

Constantly have to update

The amount of frustration I have with the app is overwhelming, both as a parent and administrator! It only works 50% of the time and the fact that families have to pay $4.99 a year for this tragedy of an app infuriates me!!

This app logs me out and my password randomly changes it updates like every week and nothing ever changes. I hate this app and do not recommend it to anyone who wants to see their grades.

Was forced to update the app and now the app doesn’t work. Takes forever for screens to load if the load at all. When they do load the information is incomplete. e.g. Grades
