I’ve just started and this app is great PERFECT

Put an option to where you don’t have to tune your guitar it doesn’t even pick it up. probably the biggest waste of time I’ve ever spent, the past couple days I’ve been trying to get this tuner to work so I can start progressing but no this app just wasted my time wouldn’t recommend unless they fix it.

pretty pricey for premium which is like the only way you can actually learn

I recently picked up a guitar and decided I wanted to learn how to play it, and this app was the first to pop up. My main gripe is that I have finished all the lessons in just 8 weeks after buying an annual subscription. I want more than just songs, and the app never even bothers to really get into what the notes are you are playing (and why). After finishing all courses, you don’t have any idea what to do next. You don’t know how to play songs off the app; there are no more lessons to learn, and i still have 48 weeks left that i paid for for no reason. Additionally, the app listens to you, but it doesn’t care if you play the wrong notes in a chord so long as you play one right note, so I found myself having to be my own referee to replay sections the app counted as correct but which sounded terrible.

It wouldn’t even let me do this on my first or is it wanted me to get a free day trial and it’s tuner doesn’t work for my electric guitar at only work for a acoustic guitar DO NOT GET THIS

Man I have always wanted to play the guitar, this app makes me want to play all the time, gotta get back to learning !!

So this app is pretty good for me, it’s good for beginners and I get that most people will complain about the subscription but all guitar apps are like that but that wasn’t my problem, my problem was the fact that the app just refuses to boot up anymore, and I don’t have a low quality phone and my phone is brand new, an iPhone 13 to be exact so I know for a fact, that it’s the apps fault I have a free trail going on right now so I’d like this to be fixed so I can continue to learn.

I’ve been seeing ads for this app for a while and didn’t really think much of it I got a guitar a year ago and kinda quit playing because I got frustrated but this app makes it way easier and more fun so if you have the problem of quitting something I would try this app.

I was upset,I got my brand new guitar and right away downloaded Simply Guitar.I started to tune my strings and string 2 told me too low so I kept tuning it more and the string snapped.I was upset.
