    I made lot of progress and you made me lost my progress with Junes Journey after I upgraded this game with Level 1 and all of stuffs I went thru I LOST ALL OF IT!!! NOT FREAKING COOL!!!!!! That’s why I’m giving you 1 star!

    They really need to fix this side game. Get to the last level of the section and there are way too many new items so can never finish the level.

    I've been playing for over a year now and I still love this game! I wish I could change the orientation of island decorations. It would really open up the options for the layout of the town if I could rotate a building 45 or 90 degrees left or right.

    Not only that, but re-open it, you’ve lost place in side games and/or lose tools earned and needed to progress. This has been a problem for months and whatever bug is causing this to happen has never been corrected! Would not recommend this game as it is now. This problem was not there a couple years ago when I started playing it. Now it’s not fun and totally frustrating and a waste of time.

    After building for considerable time and investment, all was lost and likely irretrievably. It was largely due to my failure to maintain necessary info and not track time approximate cloud storage. That stated, Wooga continued to endeavor to locate and successfully restore my island account. It’s not trivial for an individual largely house bound. With appreciation, thank you Wooga!

    I’ve been playing JJ for several months, the game is fun but lately I have been super annoyed that the MEMOIRS that you win are 9 times out of 10 DE JA VU which is stupid. I don’t even want to play that part anymore, it’s so predictable! Like the only way to move up is to spend actual money and buy them… ummm yeah I’d rather buy groceries or pay my light bill!! Have you seen prices these days?? I guess my journey will be ending soon… They make it so hard to progress if you aren’t buying stuff! What a bummer!😑

    This game is amazing! I started it a year ago. I have never found a game interesting enough to keep me playing that long. The story is intriguing and detailed. Just when you think you have it figured out a surprise comes along. I truly believe it has helped my memory skills as well. The team that runs this is accessible which is unheard of! My friend has been playing this for over 10 years! I have lots of confidence I’ll be playing for a very long time!

    I have played for over 3 years and now I can’t even play for 42 seconds before it shuts down no matter what I do. I did enjoy the game but not now. No other game does this and I am not at all short on space. You need to get your developers out the door and get some that are responsible and understand programming. UPDATE. I CANNOT RESPOND THROUGH GAME BECAUSE IT CRASHES IN 42 SECONDS EVERY TIME I TRY TO PLAY. I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WRITE MY COMPLAINT
