Pokémon GO is just a gacha game. All this app is designed to do is to have you insert your money to take a spin at shiny or good Pokémon. I know people will say they only do free-to-play, but to really get anything out of it, Pokémon GO would need to be the ONLY Pokémon game you play and you’d have to play it constantly or you’ll never be a fraction of the trainer that someone who pays is. Save your time, save your money. No antic doesn’t care about you or Pokémon, they care about money.

been playing since launch. super fun game and the updates are always wonderful, but they always find a way to incorporate more micro-transactions no matter the backlash they know they will get.

No matter how hard u try to find a maxed stat legendary from raids or getting maxed stats from the wild it’s messed up cause of how hard it is to find any and needs to give a better spawn chance for maxed stat Pokémon. cause to fight raids u need strong Pokémon same thing as battling other online trainers and the XL candies is very low amount to gain for a 20km or 5km 1km no big deal but when it takes forever to level up a Pokémon is horrible in this game. Then the mega energy if u don’t do mega raids u don’t get no mega energy, and without a certain amount u can’t mega evolve and without them mega evolving it makes it harder for people without a ton of maxed stat Pokémon to do raids. So to balance this game do something new about gaining mega energy or give us a better max stat spawn rate

  • For a game about exploration it sure is bad at stability

What the title says, real buggy. Routes pause in spotty connection and don’t resume until you resume manually. Also Needs to be open to public to submit. Also for a game that hinges on exploration, it would be nice if the default action for spotty data wasn’t “poop the bed.” Downloading assets is a good direction to go in, possibly running a local game (with anti cheat measures of course) would be awesome lots of online games do this currently. The local client would be able to do simple things like finish route, finish a catch, ect. And then time out after the action is completed.

  • Game freezes

Please Niantic fix your app. After the iOS 17 update, the game consistently freezes and I have to force close the game Multiple times while playing. Incredibly annoying and needs a patch. It’s really annoying and frustrating when your just opening up your presents and it freezes or you send a quick text to someone and go back into the game and it freezes.
  • Don't believe the 5* reviews

The game brought a lot more people together with remote raids. The people saying "oh ya get out there and play" are wildly insane and don't take people with health issues and concerns or even handicap into consideration. Remote raids were also perfect for working adults who work majority of the day and can'f exactly leave their post. There's also a lot of communities that don't have access to other players to do the mega, 5*, or even local raids. Not to mention the weird people who approve and reject pokestop nominations, it's almost impossible to get one approved these days, yet I've seen a lot of other gyms and stops made that clearly violate terms. Overall, the game isn't as active these days as it used to be prior to the remote raids, and the 5 remote raids er day. Play if you want, but just know the fun will end in a very short amount of time.

I put 5k and 10k eggs in incubators this morning and I open the game when I get home and they’re gone with no new Pokémon to my index, very upset
